Our dojo advisor, Art Ishii sensei from Matsubayashi Shorin-ryu of Little Tokyo in Los Angeles, CA, recently visited Okinawa and had the opportunity to train at Kodokan Taira Karate Dojo.
Taira sensei is the current president of the World Matsubayashi-ryu Karatedo Association.
